What services does Silk Executive Travel provide?
Silk Executive Travel is a North Manchester based company. Most of our clients are within the North West. We provide high quality chauffeur services around the UK and into Europe to both private & corporate clients.
Can child seats be provided?
Child seats are provided upon request without charge.
What in car entertainment is provided?
WIFI, TV, music in most vehicles, please confirm specific requirements when booking.
Are pets allowed in the vehicle?
Pets are allowed (within reason) please request.
Can food and drink be consumed in the vehicle?
Water bottles provided FOC. Other refreshments can be provided upon request, including champagne for that special occasion, food snacks (within reason).
Do you provide tours?
Tours can be tailored to suit individual requests.
Can we smoke in the vehicle?
Strictly no smoking policy as per government guidelines and UK law for registered vehicles. However your driver will be only too happy to stop for a break at your request.
Will we get a confirmation of the drivers arrival?
Your driver will call or SMS before collection. At this point you can fine tune any additional requests. Once he has arrived, your driver will call again to let you know he has arrived and ready for you.
